Typhoon Haiyan was the strongest tropical cyclone to ever make landfall and as it cut its devastating path across the Philippines it affected 16 million people and took many thousands of lives.
Over 4 million people lost their homes and were left without shelter.
Home for a Home has worked with a local agency to rebuild homes for families who in many cases lost everything.
Home for a Home has also been able to assist in the construction of a community center and emergency evacuation facility that has been greatly welcomed by the local community.
